Does Linguistica Bilingual Speech Clinic, LLC accept medicaid or health insurance?‍
Linguistica Bilingual Speech Clinic LLC is a privately-owned practice providing high-quality, individualized speech-language pathology services. While we currently do not accept Medicaid or health insurance, we offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs.

Payment is due at the time of each session or in advance to allow for personalized attention and tailored treatment plans.

Superbills
For insurance reimbursement, we can provide a monthly superbill upon request, and a prescription/script from your child's doctor is required. Please contact your health insurance provider for details on deductibles, out-of-network reimbursement rates, and copays. We will provide necessary documents for you to submit, but we do not directly communicate with insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy
We have a cancellation policy in place, and fees may apply for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice. Repeated cancellations or failure to make timely payments may result in the withdrawal of services.

What is needed to begin therapy sessions?
To begin therapy, a new evaluation at Linguistica, a recent speech-language evaluation report (within 6 months), or a current IEP or IFSP is needed. We accept outside evaluations conducted within the past 12 months.

We offer in-person therapy services in our office location in Bear, Delaware. We offer telehealth, virtual speech therapy services in Delaware, Pennsylvania and California.

Fees and Costs
Our fees for evaluations and therapy vary depending on the type and length of services. Please contact us directly for more information.

Limited reduced-rate slots are available based on financial need. Please reach out to us for further details.

Additional Information
Every evaluation at Linguistica receives a comprehensive diagnostic report with findings, recommendations, and a personalized treatment plan. Therapy sessions are tailored to each child's age, attention span, strengths, and needs.

Forms of Payment
We accept cash, credit, debit, FSA, and HSA payments for your convenience.

Our practice follows the No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimate Act, providing upfront rates and ensuring transparency in billing.
